JC SPICECORP INC.

JC Spicecorp, Inc. was the result of the merger between 2 companies, JC Martin Corporation and Spice Corporation. JC Martin Corporation was established on July 17, 2002 in response to the growing needs to find non-traditional earning opportunities through benefit sharing and harnessing entrepreneurial skills without the costly overhead expenses. Its prime thrust and mission is to provide people everywhere financial and time freedom, to lift and enhance their living standards through direct selling and multi-level marketing.

Spice Corporation was established early 2004 with the Filipino entrepreneurs and businesses in mind. The company was established by civic minded people and backed up by young, idealistic public servants, who are more popularly known from the 11th Congress by the name Spiceboys.

With the advent of the Department of Trade and Industry’s validation of JC Martin’s business plan, comes now a blockbuster merger with Spice Corporation.

The merging of these 2 companies on April 11, 2005 was witnessed by no less than the Vice President of the Republic of Philippines Noli “Kabayan” De Castro, who is also the head of the consumer protection program of the Philippine government.
